Here and now. Many of our problems arise from the fact that we are not in the present moment of life. We fly into the past or into the future, mentally breaking away from the space where we are now. Why is this bad? We lose touch with the present, lose touch with the place where we are currently, or dreaming about a future that does not yet exist - we lose energy. Our dreams or our experiences, or our rejection of reality, deprive us of strength. Lack of strength reduces our potential. We lose confidence in ourselves, in our dreams and plans, we have limitations that prevent us from living a full life. How to avoid this? Let's try the following exercise: 1. Take a position that is comfortable for you. Bring your attention to your body. Mentally scan your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and back. Take your time. Treat your body with extreme care. Listen to the rhythm of your heart or your breathing. Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale freely through your mouth. If your body is uncomfortable, ask yourself the question: “What is causing this discomfort?” There are natural causes for your bodily discomfort. Think about what? If the body is restless, repeat the small formula of suggestion: “I am calm.” At least twelve times. How do you feel now? How does your body feel now? What emotions are you experiencing? What thoughts come to mind? What is your intuition telling you? Let's move on to the level of emotions. Observe your emotions. What emotions are possessing you at the moment? Why are you experiencing them? How important are they to you? Recognize your right to experience any emotions. Don't try to suppress them. Just watch them. Give your emotions the right to life. Tell them about it. Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale freely through your mouth. How do you feel now? How does your body feel now? What emotions are you experiencing? What thoughts come to mind? What is your intuition telling you? Let's move on to the level of your thoughts. What are they talking about now? Don't try to get lost in thoughts. Take the position of an observer. You stand on the shore and watch the river of your thoughts flow. Don't enter into it. What are these thoughts? Where did they come from? Are they your thoughts or not? Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale freely through your mouth. Allow your thoughts to flow freely and easily. How are you feeling right now? How is your body feeling right now? What emotions are you experiencing? What thoughts are coming to mind? What is your intuition telling you? 4. Let's move on to the level of intuition. What is your intuition telling you? Where is it calling you? Are you listening to your intuition? Do you hear yourself? Or are you relying on something else? How does your intuition influence your life? Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale freely through your mouth. How do you feel now? How does your body feel now? What emotions are you experiencing? What thoughts come to mind? What is your intuition telling you? By doing this exercise at least once a day, you will restore your inner balance. And you will have enough strength and energy to implement your plans. Over time, dreams will become plans, plans will turn into tasks that you will carry out with joy and ease.
