The PEAT technique gives a systemic and long-term result, releases blocked energy, gives growth in all areas of life. PEAT stands for primary energy activation and transcendence, is an energetic practice, resolves the problem at depth, neutralizes the root. In a session, you move from point A (from the current problem and its state) to point B (toward the goal, the desired state). You don't need to talk about the problem, you work with the state - thoughts, emotions, sensations in the body that the problem causes. My story of getting to know the PEAT energy technique began in 2009, when I was actively looking for an effective method of resolving my situation of dependence on a relationship that had tormented me for two years. More precisely, I suffered myself. I wanted to feel freedom and learn to solve my problems on my own, without the involvement of specialists. This is how I became acquainted with the techniques of emotional dependence of the BSFF, Dmitry Leushkin’s Turbo Suslik, but despite all the effectiveness of the techniques, there was a feeling that they were driving me even deeper into the problem and draining me of energy. However, thanks to Turbosuslik, I became acquainted with the deep PEAT technique, created by a psychotherapist from Serbia Zivorad Slavinski. The effectiveness of PEAT is amazing. It allows you to resolve the most fundamental problems of a person within one hour, even if the person has suffered from them for 5-10-20 years. I decided to study the technique from the author himself, and in May 2010 I went to Moscow for Zivorad Slavinsky’s training. The technique allowed me to work independently with myself (solo processing) and I liked it. I worked through my problem of dependence on a relationship with a man in one hour. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that I no longer reacted to a man, there were no obsessive thoughts, tension in the body, there was peace inside, I easily walked past him, and even when he stopped me to talk, there was absolute freedom inside. My life was already filled with other interests, bringing goals and plans to life. Having received my own results from PEAT, I started working with people. My clients have solved problems of a different nature, from feelings of guilt to getting rid of bad habits. PEAT is called a new generation technique because it helps to establish a connection with yourself, hear your real needs, your inner voice, act from a state of love, and be in a resourceful state. Technique PEAT penetrates deep into the root of the problem, neutralizes the root cause in an environmentally friendly manner, de-creates, and releases internal blocks/beliefs/programs. There is more energy, lightness appears inside, the view of the problem becomes broader, and you are no longer a participant, but an observer, you are above the situation and you yourself find a suitable solution. If you make an association, imagine that you are an actor who plays a role in a movie. You need to play an emotional character within the film, you immerse yourself completely and act out. Inside the film, according to the script, you have many ill-wishers who manipulate you and do not let you out of your emotional state. At the end of filming, you come out of the script, and then you look at yourself on the screen, you are an actor. After deep PEAT, you become more than an actor, you are a director. who can easily live the role, step out of it and look as an observer, and then consciously choose how the plot will develop. PEAT is awareness in every moment here and now, and this is the freedom to create and choose how your life will develop. It happens that in life we ​​often avoid problems that create tension and an emotionally dependent background. Waking up in the morning or falling asleep, we scroll through the same story. PEAT is a complete acceptance of the current state and release through living, without avoiding or suppressing emotions, physical sensations, or obsessive thoughts.
