Once upon a time, an old Indian revealed one life truth to his grandson: “There is a struggle in every person, very similar to the struggle of two wolves.” One wolf represents evil - envy, jealousy, regret, selfishness, ambition, lies... The other wolf represents good - peace, love, hope, truth, kindness, loyalty... A little Indian, touched to the depths of his soul by the words of his grandfather, for several thought for a moment, and then asked: - Which wolf wins in the end? similar. Today, many from the pages of the Internet and books give various tips on improving the quality of life. The Internet is like a multi-level restaurant, on the floors of which everyone will find something they like. And making our choice, we taste what is offered to us. And often what is offered is not one’s own life experience, but simply crudely processed information from other sources. And then this food is difficult to digest, because it often contradicts the life of the author himself. Whatever is offered to us in beautiful covers, we must always remember that: It is impossible to love others if you do not love yourself. It is impossible to teach to care for others if you do not know how to take care of yourself. It is impossible to teach gratitude if you yourself do not know how to give thanks. Impossible give relaxation to others if your body is tight. It is impossible to feel others if you do not feel yourself. It is impossible to hear others if you do not hear yourself. It is impossible to give warmth if there is cold in your heart. It is impossible to understand others if you do not understand your desires and actions. It is impossible to feed others if you yourself are fed up. It is impossible to teach the act of creation if you yourself are not a creator. It is impossible to heal others if you yourself are stricken with diseases. It is impossible to light others if you smoke yourself. It is impossible to give others what is not in you. We can experience different emotions, we can be visited by different thoughts, but between the thought and its implementation there is space for making a decision. Every decision involves a choice. And as a rule, we automatically quickly react to ordinary daily decisions, without clear awareness, much less emotional elaboration. Therefore, study the author’s life before eating from his table. After all, everyone conveys their own content. What we feed ourselves with is what our life will be like. And once you taste the real thing, you will be able to distinguish it from the cheap substitute offered. Love yourself! Take care of yourself! Listen to your body! Find time to relax! Give thanks!
