From the author: I bring to your attention a number of basic criteria by which you can determine that a person needs professional help from a psychologist/psychotherapist. HOW TO DETERMINE THAT IT IS TIME TO CONTACT A PSYCHOLOGIST/Psychotherapist?1 . You have been in a depressed/irritable/depressed emotional state for more than 2 weeks. You often experience anxiety, fear, uncertainty, anger, resentment, guilt.2. Your healthy sleep has been disturbed (suffering from insomnia/difficulty waking up in the morning/disturbed by nightmares, night awakenings).3. Have you noticed that in life the same unpleasant situations are repeated with different people (i.e. you act according to the same “scenario” that does not suit you).4. You often get sick or have chronic diseases. You often get sick during or before stressful events (for example, before an exam, before an interview, etc.).5. Relationships with people are not going well - at work, with the opposite sex, in personal communication, in the family.6. Concerned about sexual problems - lack of proper pleasure, no harmony with a partner, no sexual desire for a long time (more than 2-3 weeks), painful sexual fantasies.7. It seems to you that life has “frozen in place”; you have stopped developing as a person and personality. Perhaps you want to change the direction of your professional activity.8. You have a habit that you feel addicted to - social networks, smoking, drinking alcohol or psychoactive substances, communicating with someone, shopping, etc. If you notice 1-2 of the above signs, I recommend meeting with a psychologist.
