Groups are either fixed or lifelong. With fixed ones, we work first in open mode, and then, when everything goes back to normal, we close it. We interact with lifelong groups in a slow, semi-open format. And this, of course, is immediately announced. The rules don't change there. We don't go back and forth with them. They are immediately indicated at the entrance. And all participants understand these rules. What does slow half-open mode mean? Once again, this is a mode for lifelong groups. Here we mean, let’s say there will be no more than 15 people in our group. And when the required number is reached, the group closes. If one of the participants leaves, we open the group again and wait for someone else to come in. I came in, that’s it, we’re closing the group again. And these conditions are immediately agreed upon. We don’t change horses at the crossing, we don’t manipulate the frames. And what else is very important here? When there is a change of participants - some leave, others come, in general the composition of the group changes, and along with this its matrix also changes. In fact, this is a different group from the one that was in the beginning. A changing atmosphere can affect both the dynamics of the group and the feelings of individual members. Let's say we've been working with the same lineup for a year. The participants felt fine. And then, once, someone left, someone was added. And suddenly one of the former participants was overcome. Why? Because the group matrix has changed. And the presenter needs to analyze this moment. Don’t be scared, but understand what kind of process is happening. Let’s go back to the beginning of the formation of the group. At the beginning, our lineup has not yet been confirmed, the group is not closed, we are taking on new people. With each new member the group will change-change-change-change. What do these changes mean for the group? The group will very quickly move through the stages of formation in literally 15 minutes. And when the composition of our participants is not approved, but some manipulations occur, then it changes all the time. And all these processes: addiction, fight-flight, formation of couples, birth of a mission, will take place in a short period of time. Literally in one meeting we quickly ran for five to ten minutes. And then, once, the leader understands that the group has become a working group, has entered the work stage. We remember that such processes will occur. And these are the main things we rely on.
