About one simple but effective psychological technology In what mood do you wake up in the morning? Can you describe your state as peace of mind? Do you still have the ability to see beauty around you? Are you enjoying life? If yes, then this material is not for you. You are already a happy person and can share with others how you succeed. But usually people who come to see me are experiencing physical and emotional fatigue, have lost interest and taste for life, suffering from experiencing a crisis in all areas of life: in the family, at work, in health and creativity. In order to restore your mental balance and find a new source of energy, try to free yourself from the debilitating flow of negative energy that sucks the rest of your vitality out of you. To do this, you don’t need to run to remove the damage and use all kinds of “magic” rituals. You can do this yourself by starting each morning by writing a three-page free flow of consciousness test. I’ll say right away that although you will see the effect immediately, for an effective and sustainable result, the criterion of which will be a great mood and high vitality, the course of morning pages should last at least 12 weeks. Soon after I started writing in the morning, I realized that I had a need for it. The most important thing that 3 pages of a handwritten test gives me is ease and clarity both in my head and in my soul. By “pouring onto paper” everything that worries me now or, a little later, that brings joy and satisfaction, I free my mind in order to clearly see those around me, gain the freedom to feel and make reasonable decisions. The second thing I get in return for the first 20 minutes of writing in the morning is a surge of energy and a desire to start doing something. I've discovered that there is actually time in the day for all the things I really want to do. I tuned my abandoned piano and began to play and sing again. It turns out that I definitely have artistic abilities, as I recently received positive feedback on my creativity from a professional artist. I started traveling to other countries at least 3 times a year. I didn’t even allow myself to think about this before, so as not to waste my time. I'm writing a book now. How should you write your morning pages? Just take a notebook, a pen, and write everything that comes to your mind: “I’m looking at the window. I'm already tired of these curtains. We need to hang something more fun already. Today the sun is shining again, it is already warming up during the day, but in the morning it is still quite frosty. And from the news I learned that a strong snow cyclone was approaching. It's a pity. I really want real spring as soon as possible! On the other hand, you can still go skiing. My husband again didn’t take out the trash this morning, even though we have an agreement and he took on this responsibility himself. This is a situation in which I feel powerless. And my neighbor deliberately picks up a hammer drill every day right after I put the child to bed...” And so on... Morning pages clear my brain of negative thinking. By leaving all unhealthy thoughts on paper, I gain sanity for the whole day. Getting rid of negative feelings, instead of a scandal about once again not taking out the trash, I remain in a good mood and don’t shake the trash out of my head onto someone else. Morning pages are not right or wrong. It’s only at first that you seem to be writing consciously. Then the work of the unconscious begins, and the hand seems to begin to write on its own. During morning pages, new ideas come to me and simple ways to solve difficult situations for me are found. Often long thoughts end like this: “Why am I still thinking about this and racking my brains? Now I’ll get up, find a phone, call and find out everything.” And things started going right away. I can describe the merits of this simple psychotechnology for a long time,
