Hello dear friends, I am glad to welcome you all and thank you for coming to read my article). It’s my custom that I share more of my experience in articles and this time is no exception. Today I will talk about how I react to negativity. Let's talk about negativity, not as a specific quality, but in general, as a phenomenon in reality. Communicating and observing people, you understand that negativity actually seems to me to be a rather terrible force and a big one). Just take the media sphere, there, big ratings are made on the negative, take news reviews, all sorts of chronicles, the yellow press, and where they are harsher, there is always a higher number of views, purchases, the same with bloggers’ videos on YouTube, when some Sorry asshole, it's getting millions of views. Therefore, it really turns out that it is very easy to build PR, your activities, business, flash mob, or make some other information noise on the negative. And many people use it. Why does this happen? Is this really one of the dark laws of the Universe? Once again I think about why people react this way to negativity, are interested in it, view the same news, discuss some unpleasant events while savoring them. It seems that many people have some kind of desire or need to be in this reality in order to constantly be nourished. And this is very obvious when we ourselves are faced with some kind of negativity addressed to us and we instantly We respond to it by engaging in this negative scenario. Now my reaction most often comes down to the fact that I try not to react to many things. Of course, this is not easy because negativity is very emotionally addictive, but when I encounter it, I try to skip it or give the person a smile, joy, empathy. It's hard as hell. And this does not mean that if they slap me in the face, I will smile, I mean in general about the attitude towards negativity. I have one very good friend, an entrepreneur who conducts trainings. He is very wealthy and earns good money from 10 and 15 million a month. And I really liked his way of responding to negativity. When I once participated in his webinar, I saw that in the chat there were several so-called haters (spiteful critics), who expressed some of their angry reviews, criticized, condemned and tried to somehow provoke a friend. I was very interested in how he would react to this, but he was absolutely calm, it was as if he didn’t see it. It felt like he was in a different reality, he didn’t swear at them, didn’t say that I will ban you now, block you, and so on. He was just doing his job. And they continued to vilify him, for about two hours, while he conducted the webinar and did not finish. I do not judge the quality of his trainings now, I do not evaluate his personality as a specialist, his earnings, what is important is that he uses the principles that help him develop. And watching all this, I somehow couldn’t even believe that such an attitude was possible. I had a feeling that he was wearing some kind of invisible armor that couldn’t be penetrated. He was constantly positive. This reaction to negativity once amazed me very much and I wanted to treat it the same way. Yes, it’s hellishly hard). But negativity is, first of all, another scenario in which a person lives, with his insults, humiliations, criticism of himself, others, the world as a whole. And we always need to realize that this is our choice, to turn on into this scenario or not. Therefore, strength to you on this invisible front and harmony))) I hope that you understood me) and heard me. Whether you agree with me or not, I’m waiting for your feedback, as always, thank you for your attention, dear friends.
