The issue of dynamics in psychotherapy is always discussed in the process of psychological work. It is very important to understand and evaluate the signs of progress, what changes are taking place, what is improving in life. At the beginning of any successful therapeutic intervention, first of all, anxiety decreases, a person gets rid of painful anxiety, and the emotional state improves. The process of analyzing the mechanisms of psychological defenses makes it possible to understand unsuccessful mechanisms defenses that interfere with relationships, satisfaction of one's own desires and needs. A person learns new adequate methods of defense. Parting with the “mask” occurs, a person becomes himself, flexibility and spontaneity in behavior appear. Interests and hobbies are realized. There is time for creativity, relaxation and pleasant pastime. A feeling of fullness of life, a state of satisfaction and happiness appears. A person learns to live “here and now” and think that EVERYTHING IS JUST BEGINNING!
