From the author: The problem of laziness is now especially relevant for the life we live, I started researching laziness and realized that laziness can only be overcome by simplicity, because laziness appears where there is complexity, and That’s why I propose this three-step simple technique for overcoming laziness. At my trainings, I often talk about self-discipline, and when people start asking questions, they most often remember laziness, they are too lazy to do this, they are too lazy to start, etc. In fact, there is one very wonderful way to overcome it, it’s very simple, you just need to follow three tips: 1. Sit down. Place in front of you the materials you need to work with now. Just put them in front of you and that's it. 2. Don't do anything. Just sit. Don't start doing anything, just sit and that's it. First you will look at your desk, laptop, pens, paper and everything else. 5 minutes pass and you really want to work. Why? It’s very simple, a person is a creature that must constantly be busy; if you don’t give your brain something to work on, it begins to rebel. He requires work, he needs information. Even when we just lie on the couch staring at the TV, the brain receives information, which means it works. But if you block access to information to the brain, it begins to demand it. 3. Work. As a rule, after torturing the brain a little and giving it free rein, it will immediately rush to the first job, and these will be your work materials. Believe me, motivation will come and laziness will not attack. The essence of this whole method is that since the brain must constantly receive new information, by blocking access to it, it will immediately begin to analyze / process what is at hand, therefore, you can play on this and overcome laziness.
