When there is pain, the loss of something or someone very valuable, significant, and it hurts so much that you don’t want to live it, people think that they can cope with it by embellishing it with “balls of joy, new impressions, discoveries, purchases,” i.e. e with warm impressions, ignoring and denying what already exists - pain. They are mistaken. There are joyful events, but they pass by, “it’s like you’re sitting in a theater,” you see, you understand that you should be happy here, but you CANNOT feel it. Then the pain worsens, goes inside, to appear a little later..... perhaps in the form of illness, depression, panic attacks.... People, live your feelings, because by denying them, you deny part of yourself - destroying yourself. You are missing time in your life that cannot be returned... After all, when you don’t feel, it’s as if you’re not living. If you don’t experience one feeling, then it is impossible to experience the other feelings that exist. The pain we have lived through gives us strength and confidence, “I can handle what will happen, what will come into my life.” This is how we grow up.... going through life crises.
