Scientists conducted an interesting experiment: Athletes were given the task of imagining in their thoughts the moment when they were running a race. The thought process was recorded and it was revealed that the brain at that moment gave exactly the same reactions as if the athlete was actually running. The human brain does not perceive the difference between what a person imagines in his thoughts and what he does in reality. It is scientifically proven that a person’s thought has its own amplitude and physical frequency; these data can be measured. A person thinks most of his life when he communicates, rests, gets bored, works, reads. When a person thinks, he emits a certain mental frequency, which, like a magnet, is capable of attracting everything that a person feels at that moment, what he thinks about. That is, what a person concentrates his attention and thoughts on is attracted into his real life. It’s a pity that in most cases we don’t think about what we want, but think about what we don’t really want. For positive changes to occur, we need to devote more time to what we want and desire in our lives. For 15 minutes, create positive constructive thoughts, which in turn will be reinforced by positive emotions. Think about the good, imagine what you want so badly, add details to your thoughts, this will give strength to your thoughts. Changes in life do not happen immediately. There is a certain “time buffer” between the thought that arises and the manifestation of the change in reality. This gives a person the opportunity to change his thoughts, redirect his attention to what he wants. Try to help your thoughts stay in good shape. Notice the beauty around you, everything that you like. Try to be where the object of your desire is. The more time you think about what you want, the greater the chances of it coming true. Remember: 1. Surround yourself with objects and surroundings that are pleasant to you, be more often with people you like, this helps the emergence of good thoughts and emotions. 2.Try to intentionally focus on positive thoughts. Don’t think about the bad. 3. Choose some bright image for yourself that will help you switch your attention. It could be some corner of nature, flowers, sunset, etc. An important condition is the stability of the image. Use it more often, gradually it will become a habit, and you will be able to automatically redirect the flow of your thoughts. 4. Work on developing the habit of predetermining events. Wherever you go, imagine the outcome as you want it to be. 5. If events don't turn out the way you would like, imagine your ideal option. Why is it important to do this? This way you create a new signal for tomorrow. Conclusion: Big things begin with small things. A person's life is filled with thoughts, like the ocean with drops of water. It depends on the person himself what his life will be filled with. Sincerely, your psychotherapist, coach, interpersonal relationship specialist, Natalya Akhmedova
