From the author: Coach trainer consultant - Moscow Speech technique - a number of elements and parameters of speech that have a strong impact on the public and relate to Form, not Content. Parameters of delivered speech: confidence public staging (correct beginning, public appearance) speaker's gestures contact with the audience focus of attention emotional delivery of the voice/voice strength semantic accents - semantic pauses - purity of speech diction comfortable pace of speech We have already discussed and know about the verbal and non-verbal parameters of our speech. We analyzed the internal processes - the energy of the speaker’s speech. Thus, WHAT we say (the content of speech) affects the consciousness of the listeners. The HOW we speak (the form of speech) affects the subconscious. In oratory there are also important parameters - these are bodily.1. Basic poses of a speaker (statement in public)2. Contact with the audience3. Speaker Gestures PUBLIC STANDING All the work done behind the scenes, you have already done - determined the purpose of the speech, prepared the speech and main points, arguments, rehearsed it many times, created an internal mindset for success, etc. And now you take the first step towards your audience. “You will never have a second chance to make a first impression.” Psychologists have conducted research, and now it is reliably known that the first impression of a person who appears in public for the first time is enough for 7 seconds, and that’s all - an opinion about him has already been formed. Thus, we only have the first 7 seconds, which we need to use to the maximum advantage to create our strong image. Everything that happens next will confirm and consolidate a positive or negative impression of the speaker, and very rarely refute the first impression. Let's look at the speaker through the eyes of the audience. What would we, as listeners, like to see?— A confident professional, so that there is inner satisfaction from the feeling that the time spent listening to the speaker is spent usefully. How does a person confident in his knowledge, skills and experience behave during communication?— Calm , conducts the conversation as equals (from an adult position), radiates goodwill and always maintains contact with the audience. He behaves naturally, does not fuss, and we practically do not notice his gestures. We look at the pose of the person speaking in front of us. What do we see? Many sources describe the main pose of the speaker (classic), this is: Feet shoulder-width apart. It is important to rehearse in front of a mirror so that the distance is no more and no less, otherwise the pose will appear unnatural. For girls, as a rule, the legs are slightly narrower than the pencil skirt. The socks are apart by 30-35 degrees. Important! If the toes are turned out more widely, you will get the “Charlie Chaplin” pose. If the toes point inward, then this pose is perceived by the audience as a pose of uncertainty. Pay attention to the knees - they should be straight and at the same time slightly relaxed. In order to demonstrate your interest in the audience, place one leg half a foot forward and body weight move it to the leg that is in front. There are recommendations that approximately 60-65% of the body weight should be transferred to the forward leg. 50-55% is more convenient for me; most likely, the optimality of such a transfer will be calculated by each speaker independently; after all, you have to take into account your body composition and height. The main thing is the direction towards the audience and the stability of your position on stage. If you stand straight or lean back, tension arises in the body or creates the impression of detachment from the audience. Your back is straight, your shoulders are straightened. In order to achieve this position, I use a technique from a school physical education lesson. I raise my shoulders up, pull them back and lower them. Practice before going on stage, feel your body, feel what position you are comfortable in - when you start speaking, your body should not bother you, it should work for you. To do this, we train and train again. Mistakes that I.
