Emotions are manipulators. They affect the body and well-being of a person. Moreover, they arise spontaneously. It is quite difficult to track them, let alone consolidate them. Emotions accompany the human body everywhere, affecting health and mood. And negative ones, if they last, cause various symptoms of illness. For example, you have a stubborn headache. All medical studies show that everything is fine. And my head hurts. Who is guilty? Of course, the internal state of a person. It happens that feelings evoke the same mood. A person reacts in the same way to all situations. Certain character traits are formed. Not immediately, after some time. The body reacts not only to negative emotions, but also to positive ones. The main condition for response is the significance and intensity of feelings. We are not always ready to work with an emotional background. We don't attach much importance to it. As a result, we fall into a stressful state, plunging deeper and deeper into it. Often, unspoken sadness hides behind the mask of joy. It was not spoken, it was not expressed. But even sadness is a signal, a warning “you need to do something about the current situation.” For example, give the body a rest, accept the current circumstances, observe your own life, or, conversely, become more active, take some action, make a choice , decide. Believe me, the body knows the answer to these signals. You just need to listen to him carefully. As for the disease. With its help, our body, the body communicates with the psyche. This is a kind of translator from emotional to physical. What is the psyche? Something unreal, intangible. But the pain is felt, it is here, in reality. It’s difficult to move it aside, bypass it, or ignore it. As a result, what happens? A person begins to act and make decisions. The body cannot be deceived. It always knows what's what. No matter how much we persuade ourselves or convince our thoughts, unlived emotional states hide in the corners of the body and wait. They expect people to pay attention to them and work on them. If this does not happen, they find exit points in the form of clamps, shells, which subsequently turn into symptoms. With age, a person who has not solved problems in any way, avoided them in every possible way, becomes a storehouse of symptoms. Because of which? I didn’t listen to my body, I didn’t process my emotions. Why is this happening? We'll talk about this next time.
