I was prompted to write this article by the events that occurred in the information environment and with the current reaction of citizens to the events that took place in the country. An article about how the media can negatively affect a person’s psyche and how to help yourself. I'm not a journalist, but a psychologist. Therefore, do not expect beautiful turns of phrase and high literary language from me. My goal is to convey information and, if possible, provide some kind of practical support. We all watch TV, we all use the Internet and we pass through a lot of information. Sometimes it’s simply destructive to the psyche. Few people know that you need to take care of your psyche and keep it clean, just like your body. Our Unconscious perceives any information uncritically; it perceives information literally. And if you let too much “information dirt” pass through yourself, then the body’s defense mechanisms may simply not be able to withstand it, which will lead to a distortion of the picture of the world, all kinds of fears and anxieties. The most unpleasant thing is that negatively colored thoughts that you picked up somewhere can already be embodied in YOUR physical reality. How to determine that you are hooked on negative information or simply a negative psychological impact?• You are out of balance• Information provokes negative feelings in you feelings of an aggressive or depressive coloring, forcing one to identify with them.• The mind is darkened• The ability to give a worthy response to a threat is paralyzed• A psychophysiological (muscular) clamp is created that disrupts the state of harmony (I+, People+, World+)• There is a change in the trajectory of the aspiration of the will. • Stupor occurs in communication and actions • The sense of personal integrity is lost • Mental strength is broken • The connection with the Higher Principle is weakened. It is as a result of this that a person has all sorts of fears. • Self-esteem decreases • Self-doubt increases • a person can refuse his words and plans. Types of psychological attacks: Insult, threat, intimidation, pressure of someone else's will, ridicule, irony, humiliation, imposition of an unwanted action, involvement in unwanted communication or situation, deception, lies, bluff, manipulation, suggestion of an unwanted program, cold removal, distancing, sudden break in relationship, unpleasant aggressive criticism, unfounded unfounded accusation, labeling, psychological infection with negative emotion, slander, introduction into a negative trance, blackmail, betrayal. How can you help yourself? How to become more secure, develop resistance to negative influences from the outside? At the level of the mental plane, i.e. the mind needs:• Develop the ability to study the chaotic flow of thoughts in your own consciousness and stop it in time;• Develop the ability to overcome negatively colored and negatively directed thoughts• Develop the ability to stop the creation of negatively colored images at the moment of their inception • Overcoming thoughts that serve the lower desires of a person• Gradual displacement from consciousness of thoughts devoid of emotionality and warmth • Getting rid of the habit of thinking with a cold mind. Learn to trust your intuition more. At the emotional level, the following lead to increased security: • Good restful sleep • Overcoming the tendency to aggression, depression and achieving emotional balance • Eliminating emotional traumas and pressures • Achieving emotional openness and a disposition to perceive the positive energy of other people • Cultivating high feelings of love for the Highest principle, people, nature and compassion for those who are lower in level of development. On the physical plane, what makes us protected is: • Cure from all diseases that can be treated • Healthy lifestyle • Removing muscle tension • Performing rhythmic movements that help extract energy from space. Qigong, tai chi chuan, hatha yoga, etc. help with this. Walk more in the fresh air, meditate, pray and visit places .
