Behind anxiety-phobic problems is fear. Fear is an emotion directly related to survival. And you need to exit the forest in the opposite direction. If you immerse yourself in imaginary fear through sensations in your body for 30 minutes once a day. Call them specifically once a day. Two weeks. And all the other hours say: Stop! We'll be on schedule. After 4 days, fear will weaken, after 14 days it will cause boredom and disappear in 90% of cases. Of course, there are difficult cases. If there were injuries, the injury and pain are always removed first. Then comes fear.
