From the author: Why do we lose the sense of lightness of being? How can I get it back? Who can help us with this? Read more about this in the material below. When your heart is light, your walk is light. Japanese proverb To live here and now... It would seem, what could be simpler? Wake up with the sunrise. Look at the world, realizing its beauty, uniqueness and originality. Be filled with calm confidence or confident calmness from the fact that you are safe in this limitless world of possibilities. Open your eyes and ears wide and take a deep breath. Perceive the world around with all your senses. Realize the value of this moment, this second, which will never happen again. To feel an exciting connection with all that exists... It is amazing that each of us has all this wealth of colors and sensations. But it is hidden under a thick layer of mental “garbage”, which carefully obscures our view. And we carry with us the baggage of such thoughts, beliefs, expectations, false attitudes and values. Not only are we just dragging, but for some reason we are also afraid to let go. Maybe the fact is that we are afraid of being empty, parting with this baggage, most of which we received by inheritance? But it will not be emptiness at all, but lightness. Ease of perception, existence, life. Lightness of being. Why didn’t anyone teach us how to find lightness of being? The fact is that our “teachers of life” themselves suffered from the absence of it. But everyone had it. Once upon a time. When we collected chewing gum inserts, enjoyed Fanta from a bottle, stretching out drinking it over several days... When we rewound a tape cassette with a pencil so as not to waste batteries in the player... Everyone can get to these moments in their own time machine. One small fragment of that era can bring back vivid, vivid memories. So what did our “life teachers” do during this period of forfeits, inserts, cassettes? After all, they were still involved in our training. They invested in us knowledge, skills, principles. They passed on, one after another, the components of their own life baggage. Thanks to them for this - they did what they could. They taught us importance. True, completely forgetting about lightness. They can be understood - after all, they thought about the primary and most important things. Filling the cup with elements of luggage, each time there was less and less room in it for lightness, which at first was in abundance. What do we have now? Is the cup filled to the brim and there is no room for lightness of being? Was precious time irretrievably lost? Not at all. We still have our ability to learn. These are those same wonderful skills of repeating new sounds, copying the intonations of the voice and facial expressions of the parents. Innate ability to learn and model. In order to use it, you don’t need diplomas, doctorates or academic degrees. But now the situation will change. Students will take the place of teachers. This moment was well played out in the television magazine “Yeralash”. There the boy remained on duty after school in an empty classroom. He conducted an imaginary lesson where teachers sat at desks instead of students. The boy asked them tricky questions about their homework, and the teachers could not answer and shyly asked them not to give them bad marks and not to call their parents. However, I am now completely serious about teaching children. One look into a child’s eyes will be enough to understand what the “master of lightness of being” represents. His eyes are sparkling, his energy is in full swing, he is like the embodiment of interest in life in all its manifestations. You won’t even be able to convince him of the seriousness of some important life problem you’re facing. Because in his understanding it will be only a slight difficulty. And we were once the same. Little geniuses and masters of the lightness of being. And our cup was not yet full, and there was much less luggage. Somewhere inside of us there will forever be a part that remembers all this. Erich Bern would say that this
